As one of Europe’s largest distributors of spare parts for trucks and trailers SKUBA is seeking an exceptional European Regional Sales Director to join our dynamic and fast-growing team!????
In this pivotal leadership role, you will drive SKUBA’s growth and expansion across Europe, coordinating operations in the Czech Republic, Hungary, Slovakia, and Serbia. You’ll play a key part in supporting and collaborating with country CEOs to ensure seamless alignment with the company’s broader strategic objectives. By fostering strong relationships, offering strategic guidance, and ensuring operational excellence, you’ll contribute directly to the success and continued growth of the region.

Strategic Planning & Execution:
- Develop and implement SKUBA’s regional growth and expansion strategy across Europe.
- Lead and execute strategic projects that align with the company’s long-term vision and objectives.
- Work alongside the Group Sales Director to create annual sales and operations budgets for the region.
- Oversee all countries in the region as profit centers, ensuring business volume growth by increasing market share and implementing action plans.
- Analyze results, market trends, and competitor activities, foster strong, direct relationships with country CEOs, and collaborate to create and implement strategies together.
- Ensure the region’s financial sustainability, including managing cash flow and achieving sales and profit targets.
- Monitor the financial performance of the region and adjust strategies as needed to drive growth.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and legal requirements, including corporate governance standards.
- Uphold ethical leadership and corporate social responsibility initiatives across the region.
- Collaborate with key functions such as HR, IT, Marketing, and Finance, ensuring alignment with the strategic agenda and operational needs.
- Work closely with the Group Active Sales Director and Group Availability Manager to maintain regional strategies and performance.
- Lead and guide the CEOs of the countries within the region, focusing on their development and motivating them to maximize their potential.
- Set performance KPIs, develop assessment and reward schemes, and conduct regular performance evaluations.
- Use problem-solving skills to tackle complex challenges and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence within the region.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with SKUBA HQ and cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless communication and proactive engagement to fulfill their strategic needs.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role, preferably within a regional or international sales management context.
- Strong background in developing and executing strategic plans to drive business growth.
- Excellent financial management and budgeting experience.
- In-depth knowledge of market analysis, competition dynamics, and industry trends.
- Experience in B2B retail and multi-country management.
- Exceptional leadership skills, with a track record of motivating and developing senior management teams.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships across multiple departments.
- High level of integrity and ethical leadership, with a commitment to corporate governance and social responsibility.
